The Gulf States Hemophilia and Thrombophilia Treatment Center (GSHTC) is dedicated to providing the best and most clinically advanced care of persons with hemophilia and other coagulation disorders. To maintain this standard of excellence, GSHTC has brought together a unique team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care to a culturally diverse population of children, adults and their families who are affected by the chronic illnesses of hemophilia, other bleeding disorders and clotting disorders. We strive to provide care that is of the highest standard, compassionate and accessible. We are committed to being culturally sensitive. We coordinate with other professionals to administer to the individual needs of the people we serve. An inherent goal of care is to educate and to empower our clients such that the quality of their lives is maximized and the complications of their diseases are minimized. We are all a part of the ongoing scientific effort to prevent and to cure. We are committed to effectively treat these diseases and to educate other professionals in the pathogenesis of these diseases and care of affected individuals.
