Other larger cities in the United States have some DOMESTIC non-stop flights to Austin (AUS).

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will begin daily wide-body service from DFW to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol,
beginning March 30, 2008.

International Travelers: Please note that all international arrivals are processed through
the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Building at Terminal E of IAH.

United Airlines starts Los Angeles – Austin nonstop on February 13, 2008.
Air Canada begins Toronto – Austin nonstop on May 1, 2008

Getting to The Lakeway Resort and Spa

Lakeway Resort is in a residential area which is remote from downtown Austin and Austin Airport.

Ground Transportation can be found on the Baggage Claim Level of Austin Airport.

Round trip is $78 for the first person + $15.00 for each additional person.
Exclusive vans (no other passengers, van goes directly to The Lakeway Resort) may be requested.
$79.00 for a 7-passenger van or $89.00 for a 10-passenger van each way, plus $1.00 fuel charge per person.
No Advance Reservation Necessary
Go to the SuperShuttle ticket counter (near Baggage Carousel 1) upon arrival.
Buy tickets with cash or credit card.
Schedule a return shuttle at the same time.

Lakeway Resort Airport Shuttle
The rate is $45.00 per person, each way.
Make reservation for the Shuttle when making Room Reservations at least 7 days in advance.
Current Hours of Operation: 7am till 11pm, 7 days a week
Earliest departure from Lakeway Resort is 7am.
Earliest pick-up at ABIA is 7:45am.
Latest departure from Lakeway Resort is 9:30pm.
Latest departure from ABIA is 10:15pm.
Cancellations must be made outside 24 hours to avoid a full charge. No shows will incur the full charge.
Lakeway Resort transportation department has two 11-passenger vans.
Additional charges may apply for flight delays or change in time.

All transportation charges will be on your room bill.

If this is not possible, Lakeway Resort will attempt to arrange transportation via a third-party.
All charges for this transportation will be responsibility of the guest

This shuttle is also available for free local transportation within 3 miles
and $10 per person each way for surrounding Lakeway destinations.
