Note: Videoconferencing software and peripherals are available for other types of computers and other operating systems, and there are literally a hundred or more different software packages for videoconferencing. However, because of limited staff we are unable to provide assistance with other than Intel/Microsoft-based systems and software other than Netmeeting and CUSeeMe. If you are using something else, the key software standard for videoconferencing is H.323 and T.120 is the standard for application sharing. Most videoconferencing software available today complies with these standards.
Q. My ISP appears to be blocking certain kinds of network traffic, (Or I have established a personal firewall on my home network) could that be why I can't establish a videoconferencing session?
