Symposia, Workshops or Other SFN Annual Meeting Activities

The Houston Chapter per se does not organize activities at the annual meeting, but many of its members sponsor activities. For example, the NRC sponsors a social each year. In addition, the Houston Chapter cooperates with the Houston Society for Engineering in Medicine and Biology (HSEMB) in organizing an annual conference, which draws >300 participants and includes two full days of slide presentations, keynote lectures, and posters.
