Strategic Planning & Institutional Analysis

The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston's Office of the Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning is responsible for providing management information and analyses in support of long-range planning and institutional improvement efforts.

A function of the Office of the Executive Vice President Finance and Administration, the team's responsibilities include:

managing the institutional strategic planning and compact processes;
serving as liaison to The University of Texas System's planning, accountability, and institutional research efforts;
completing and submitting various state-required and ad hoc reports;
maintaining a repository of institutional data and descriptive information for use by health science center leadership; and
supporting institutional accreditation efforts
