Integrate the recruitment and appointments of new faculty between the schools and the IMM as provided in IMM guidelines

In order to enhance UTHSC-H’s overall mission, a major priority is the integration of recruitment and appointments of new faculty between the schools and the IMM.

  • Award joint appointments, when appropriate, to foster enhanced collaboration between the IMM and UTHSC-H schools.
  • Ensure that tenure-track faculty members recruited to the IMM are joint recruits with at least one UTHSC-H school.
