  • Consolidate licensing (Medicaid payments) between the Harris County Hospital District (HCHD), the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Authority of Harris County (MHMRA), and HCPC.
  • Maximize opportunities to provide internal referrals to UTHSC-H psychiatrists.
