- The Texas School Ready! Early Childhood Summer Institute: The sponsors of the TSR! Early Childhood Summer Institute are now accepting presenter proposals for this conference, to be offered June 26 - June 28th in San Antonio, TX. To complete the online presenter proposal form, click here.
- The Texas Professional Home Child Care Association (TPHCCA) Conference: The TPHCCA will be hosting their 25th Annual Educational and Enrichment Conference in the city of Irving, TX on September 12-15, 2013 and are currently seeking trainers to present sessions at this conference. - The Texas Association for the Education of Young Children (TAEYC) Conference: The TAEYC is now accepting presenter proposals for their upcoming 2013 Annual Conference taking place in San Antonio, TX on October 3-5. To complete an online proposal, click here.
- The Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services (TACFS) Administrators Conference: The TACFS will be hosting their annual Administrators Conference on October 16-18 in Dallas, TX and are seeking qualified trainers to present on effectively delivering quality 24-hour care to abuse and at-risk children and families. - The Texas Licensed Child Care Association (TLCCA) Fall Conference: The TLCCA would like to extend an invitation to trainers to submit a proposal for their 2013 Fall Conference. This training conference will be held November 15 to 17, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Dallas Central – Park Cities in Dallas, Texas. All proposals must be received by the TLCCA no later than Friday June 21, 2013. Please take the time, check your calendar and submit your proposals at your earliest convenience. - Adult Learning: Theories and Strategies for Trainers and Directors (PROF101): This online course is designed for directors and other early childhood professionals who train adults or facilitate professional development programs. - Teaching Adult Learners: The University of North Texas is offering a 6-week online mini-course on how to teach adult learners. This course will teach how to use the newest educational methods to create a student-centered classroom that’s perfectly suited for adult learners.
