Thermal therapy treatments conducted under our clinical research protocols are currently funded by the National Institutes of Health through the University Clinical Research Unit. The costs of tests required to determine eligibility, however, are borne by the patients or their insurance company. Similarly, the costs of chemotherapy and associated treatments are the responsibility of patients and/or insurance.

Additional funding is being sought to cover the salary of our research nurse, and the costs of treatment for un- or under-insured patients. Potential donors are encouraged to contact the Program Director.
