The Hyperthermia Laboratory is funded by research grants, donations and contracts. For the last 16 years, National Cancer Institute research grants have provided the principal support for the laboratory. Grants from other government agencies, medical charities, and pharmaceutical companies are also important sources of funding. We are also fortunate to have received donations from private individuals and foundations, as well as contracts with biomedical companies, that have helped to fund the salaries of the researchers and the experimental work carried out in the laboratories.
We are very grateful to:
The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
George Foreman
Roy M. and Phyllis Gough Huffington
Sanofi-aventis US
Congressional Special Interest Medical Research Program in Breast Cancer
for our current funding.
Additional funding is being sought to cover the costs of our laboratory research on hyperthermia. Individuals or organizations interested in making a donation towards our research expenses are invited to contact Dr. Bull.
