October 6—UCSC Silent Auction

The University Classified Staff Council (UCSC) Silent Auction will be part of the festivities at the Founders' Fun Fest, Friday, Oct. 6 . The auction raises scholarship funds to be awarded to children of classified employees. In the past several years, the UCSC has awarded 5-7 scholarships a year through this program as funding has allowed.

The council asks all health science center leaders, faculty and classified staff to consider making a donation. It could be an item, a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant or a monetary gift. The silent auction is a great way to help make a young person's dream come true.
