Educational Award Selection Committee
General Responsibilities
Members of the University Classified Staff Council Educational Awards Selection Committee are charged with the task of selecting candidate(s) to receive awards from applications submitted by children of full-time classified employees of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
The UCSC Educational Awards Committee will meet mid April of each year to determine the recipient(s) of the award(s). Committee members are responsible for attending meetings and reviewing applications made available prior to each meeting.
This handbook, which includes the Committee Bylaws and Operating Procedures serves as a resource for committee members and for others interested in the UCSC Educational Awards Program.
This year's deadline for award submission is April 30, 2012. All applications must be postmarked by April 30, 2012. No copies or scans will be considered if originals are not received. Completed applications can be sent to the committee chair:
