Charge
To improve the quality of student life in The University of Texas Houston
Health Science Center through student body representation in a forum where
needs can be expressed and systematic student-based approaches can be coordinated
with administrative policies

* The mechanism for obtaining membership is relegated to the schools of the Health Science Center at Houston. Membership will consist of three registered students in good standing from each school. Representation from special groups may be included as decided by the InterCouncil. Currently, there is representation of minority and international students.
