EM and PEM Faculty Positions

We are currently seeking physicians who are board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine or pediatric emergency medicine for full time faculty positions immediately available. The new faculty positions are the result of a planned expansion of our training program. Our program has responsibility for two emergency centers:

  • Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center is located within the Texas Medical Center and has an annual census of 55,000 patient visits. It is one of only two Level 1 trauma centers in Houston, Additionally, Memorial Hermann is a regional burn center, a nationally-recognized stroke center, and a comprehensive cardiac care center.
  • The Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital has an annual census of 85,000 visits and is a Level III trauma center.
