When are you eligible? |
Classified employees are eligible for the attendance award when they complete a quarter of exceptional attendance. |

Recognition |
HCPC recognizes eligible employees by announcing their names in the HCPC Centerviews newsletter. |

What is an occurrence?
Tardy, early out, missed punch, canceled overtime, improper notification, unexcused absence, no call/no show, or excessive absences. Definitions of each occurrence type can be found in the HCPC Unacceptable Attendance Practices policy.
Who is ineligible? Departmental managers and all staff who have non-essential schedules or do not use time clocks as it is impossible to track tardies.
