The employee includes the following information in a memo or email to Support Services at least three working days prior to the expected move:

The employee completes the Move Request and submits it to Support Services at 1D48 prior to the move. | ||||||||||

The employee removes files, books, and desk items from the furniture and properly boxes it. Note: S/he must supply his/her own boxes. | ||||||||||

Person requesting and/or responsible for the move directs placement of the furniture/equipment in the new location as the move takes place. |
