The University of Texas Health Science Center provides employee health services.
The Infection Control Practitioner implements the following employee screening and vaccination activities at UTHCPC in conjunction with the UT Employee Health nurse:

| TB screening |
| Other activities when necessary for employee safety and health as determined by the Infection Control Committee |
The Infection Control Committee reviews statistical reports of employee illness on a periodic basis.
