SME: Patients Relations Manager
The "Patient Relations Concern Line" (713-741-7859) is
available to patients, their representatives and staff members, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
Calls and information received on the Patient Relations Concern Line are reviewed by the Patient Relations Department and followed-up for referral, problems solving and/or investigation.
Problem resolution will rest with Patient Relations or the appropriate hospital service area.
Patient concerns will be kept on file in Patient Relations and reported to appropriate service areas.
In some cases, patient complaints may be reported to the appropriate hospital Committee. Examples of Committees that may be involved include:
