EEG results are required to support quality patient care. The EEG technician is available Monday through Friday and on-call evenings/weekends.
The physician can request the following services.

The order requisition prints in the ancillary staff area . The ancillary schedules the patient for the procedure. |

The EEG department notifies the unit of the appointment date and time. |

The EEG technician calls for the patient at his/her appointed time to perform the service. |

Ancillary staff places the EEG report in the chart. |
