Introduction:

To define process for initiating and performing Multidisciplinary Case Reviews

   
Purpose:

Case Conferences may be initiated by any member of the clinical team.

The multidisciplinary process allows for a team to review the treatment plan and make recommendations for patients whose behavior results in more than two seclusion episodes and/or whose goals are not being met.

The core treatment team may initiate the process, and additional consultants may be invited to join, as indicated, and/or as requested by the Medical Director.
