| Introduction: |
To define process for initiating and performing Multidisciplinary Case Reviews |
| Purpose: | Case Conferences may be initiated by any Attending physician, nurse or social service clinician or treatment team. The multidisciplinary process allows for a team to review the treatment plan with all disciplines present in a non-threatening atmosphere which allows for open discussion and feedback in an effort to provide time for careful review of cases which are more complex than the routine. |
