Housekeeping Manager

Patient Relations Manager

Other staff as needed

Ex officio members

The following are ex officio members of the Safety Committee:

UTHSC Workers Compensation Insurance Representative

UTHSC Director of Chemical and Biological Safety

Chair

The Administrator appoints the Safety Committee Chair.

Safety issues approval

The Safety Management Program's policies and procedures, and the safety issues in all departments and units must have the following approvals and signatures:
