SME: Director of Personnel Systems Management
In order to work within budgetary constraints and implement employee changes
on the payroll system, UTHCPC requires its departments to initiate a Personnel
Action form (PA) for any type of change affecting the employee's position or
salary.
The changes of the employee's job or salary occurs as follows:
