Performance Evaluation
The performance evaluation should reflect the employee's ability to produce measurable outcomes relative to the job description.
Department managers have the following responsibilities:

![]() | New job descriptions in UTHSCH format as UTHCPC creates new job classifications |

Review competency-based job descriptions with their employees upon hire |
![]() | Evaluate each employee's performance annually based on his/her competency-based job description utilizing Knowledge Point automated performance evaluation tool. |
