This table describes the review process for probationary employees:

Department manager completes 60-day evaluation form for each applicable probationary employee and places the form in the employee personnel file. |

Department manager completes 120-day evaluation form for each applicable probationary employee and places the form in the employee personnel file. Note: Department manager has the option to extend probation to 180 days. |
