  • According to heart surgeon Dr. Michael
Debakey, the major factor that increases
the risk of heart attack is a build-up of fatty
plaque clogging the major arteries of the heart.

  • This build-up is known as arteriosclerosis.

  • Almost all heart attacks result from the
sudden blockage of a coronary artery
    narrowed and hardened by arteriosclerosis.

  • Now watch how this happens!

  • Alter your diet to eat less animal fats and salt!
  • If you are overweight, you can cut your weight
to the range recommended by your doctor.
